Steven, who is the owner, was very nice and who is I dealt with. He was straightforward and honest about what needed to be done. At first, we were not sure if there was a hard drive problem but he said he would try wiping the computer clean first, since it would be less expensive. That turned out to work just fine. I would definitely use him again.

He's an honest person, he could have sold me a new printer but he fixed mine for me instead. He charges reasonable prices.
