When I first discussed the job with them, he did not refuse. They came measured counted the amount of tiles needed so I would not purchase more items then necessary. Since I was originally going to perform the work myself I had purchased some of the items needed for the job. The grout and glue I purchased as per the store's recommendations it was not the correct glue and the wrong color grout. In fact he was so great at his estimate I only had two extra tiles left. He sent me a price which was so reasonable there was not need to negotiate and we started the job in a few days.
