Technician arrived on time and did inspection first. I asked a couple of questions about any evidence of mice; there was none, but we'd had a problem several years ago (before using Pest Away). Then the technician applied gel and put down new diagnostic traps for roaches. We chatted a bit about old buildings and the problems with them regarding pest control. Technician cleaned up. Entire visit took about 15-20 minutes.
One thing I really like about Pest Away is that you don't have to do much prep for roach treatment (using the gel). I just have to move a few things in the bathroom and clear the kitchen drainboard and the technician takes care of the rest.

They are very thorough and detail-oriented. They are also very honest and if you don't have a problem tehy will tell you without trying to scare you. They are trustworthy and good about comforting you if you do run into any problems.

Found them on Angie's List. The bee specialist was hard to reach but they finally set a time and exterminated the bees on my deck. But with the rain I was unable to paint over the wood and now they've burrowed back into it. I called the company to get them back and they won't return my phone calls.

They gave me two references of good companies to take care of my things and the bugs while they did their work, and also gave me helpful instructions on how to vacuum every single day. They also came in and did some heavy duty spraying. It worked and the quality of work was very good. Their timing was fine and I have recommended them to people.

I REALLY THINK THAT THEY NEEDED TO USE A STRONGER SUBSTANCE THAN WHAT THEY USED BECAUSE THE ROACH PROBLEM HAD DOUBLED NOW. I WOULD ASK HIM A QUESTION ABOUT HOW HE SHOULD SPRAY A LITTLE HEAVIER AND HE WOULDN'T EVEN ANSWER ME.
