I was extremely impressed. Since we had built back without registering it with the city, we wanted them to do it properly retroactively. He did the design and all the paperwork and set it up so that it could be done. It has not been done yet because the litigation is not finished. The board did some nasty business with taking everything they knew and sending it to the Department of Buildings because our litigation is over. That was improper. They ended up writing something to tell the Department of Buildings not to make any judgment on this. That took a bit of work. They are extremely thorough and professional.
