+ -1 morePIC's contractor, Bryce, was punctual, personable, extremely knowledgeable and efficient in correcting the issues at hand. I'm very "non-tech" so I especially appreciated his simple, straightforward explanations that brought me up to speed quickly. Description of Work: Repaired various computer & software issues, installed new external back-up system, blocked "automatic" download & installation of Windows 10 (which I did NOT want despite the manufacturer's strong-arm approach to pushing their product.)
