+ -1 moreThe superintendent who lived in the building was very nice. The management company, however, was not very helpful or accommodating. The location is ideal, but the building, because of its proximity to the meat packing district, has mice and cockroaches.
Description of Work: I lived in an apartment there for 5 years.
