I did a complete renovation on my Upper East Side apt. last year. I wrote a review praising Palladian for all that they did, they were on budget, very slightly over schedule (due to deliveries). Just to update, I have had a few things that needed to be tweaked, as always happens after a major redo. Palladian has been there, their follow-up is commendable and admirable.
I recommended them to my neighbor, who is as pleased as I was, and I have watched her reno as well. Palladian came through again, with flying colors!
I highly recommend them!

I worked with an architect and interviewed some contractors. They met with the architect and the co-op board. They handled all of the permitting and dealt with the co-op board for my apartment. Palladian is a full service contracting company from permitting to completion. Everything went great with the renovation. The same core crew showed up every day and was very familiar with the job site. They could have just patched ceilings, columns, and corners but they redid everything. They were perfectionists, squaring corners that I didn’t notice weren’t square. The owners showed up every day to make certain the job site was going well over the five month process. The workers communicated extensively and cleaned up after themselves every day. I have never seen a cleaner job site!
