On Time Rug Cleaning - Carpet and Upholstery Clean

This is the second time that we've used them and it was awesome! They were on time, professional, courteous and clean. I would give them an A+++ if I could!

I had called Ruben to ask if the price offer( I think it was $99.would hold for two area rugs instead of one with a total area 15 square feet over his stated limit. He said "absolutely no problem" of course we will do the two smaller rugs. When Ruben came to work he first tried to get me to send the rugs " for a rea cleaning and drying" to the factory for a charge well over $600- I do not recall the exact amount but I do know that I could not afford it so I told him to go ahead Ruben then left to another job and two men worked on the rugs. It took little time. Ruben came back for the oayment-- and charged me $200. When I reminded him of his promise of $100. he said that since it was two rugs he had to charge me double. I paid All men left and I was alone with two sopping wet rugs. Ruben assured me that they would dry perfectly The rugs dried terribly. One of them, a valuable piece from Ecuador has stained ares to this day that I cannot brush back to normal or rectify in any way. It serves as a reminder of poor, insensitive treatments. I am looking for a rug cleaning service that can undo the damage-- but I hesitate to do more harm to my rugs. Very disappointed and unhappy with the entire affair. Margot Ely

I had an appointment with them to clean my tile floor. While they were here I asked if they also clean carpets, because I have carpets on my stairway and small hall area which needs cleaning. They said that they could clean it this visit for an additional
$70.00. So I told them that I wanted it done. The hallway and the stairs came out better than I expected, they were very professional, listened to my concerns and did a great job

I am very pleased with the results. My rugs feel smooth, smell fresh and are bright and new looking.
The provider is willing to please and moved any furniture that was in the way. Very courteous and
.accommodating.

The owner, Nathan, picked them up a couple of weeks ago and returned them yesterday. I had told him we were in no hurry to get them done.  My partner and I were very pleased with the job Nathan's firm did. The colors in the rugs are so much brighter now that they are clean. Nathan was a very nice person and he gave me quotes to clean 2 other carpets which I will have done sometime in the future. I would definitely use On Time again.

I added more to my order from the original coupon and because of that the cost did go up, however I'm sure Nathan has done a fabulous job, so I really don't mind paying for a job well done!
