On Point, led by John, was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Originally scheduled for the height of the pandemic in Spring of 2020, work had to pushed back until late Summer, 2020. John handled delays and the many hoops with which he had to deal due to strict rules of co-op board, flawlessly. Lack of space in apt. was also another problem, but, managed to get as many of his fine crew working together as seamlessly as possible, getting the job done on schedule. This includes a major foul- up with one of a nationally known vendor who mislabeled the boxes of our floor tile order. Without, blinking an eye, John, went, on his own, picked up the correct tiles and re-did the terrace floor. As a matter of fact, John, knowing we had some health issues, did 99% of all "the running around", and when needed, drove into Manhattan, to pick us up and drive to a vendor. What made things more difficult, was that this was a nearly total remodel of an apt. which was totally gutted just 3 yrs prior when we moved in, with the initial contractor, recommended by bldg maintenance in 2017, used substandard materials & lack of detail in his work. Above and beyond: in addition to ALWAYS being there physically, & available when needed, he even made himself available for furniture delivery. Still keep in close contact with him.
