+ -1 moreI felt like they were very unconcerned with my needs as a consumer. I was disappointed by their responses and I feel like they were very unprofessional in all of their dealings with me. I felt like they were only concerned with making a sale.
Description of Work: I ordered a desk with a keyboard tray from Office Furniture Heaven. The keyboard tray was unsatisfactory and they misrepresented their product. I ordered this desk specifically asking if it could support a normal sized keyboard tray and they assured me that it would. A mini-sized keyboard tray was the only thing that would fit, but they were unconcerned about the problems this caused me and made me search around for something that would work for 6 month. I filed a BBB report and they refused to provide any information to them.
