Yes they removed the stain. But within hours after my cream colored couch dried the whole couch was cover in brown water stains. I immediately contacted them to inform them and ask to rectify the problem. They did not have the courtesy to return my calls. I asked for someone to come out the fix the stain left by their technician, they only replied via text but would not commit to a time / date. They told me it was old stains inside my couch - my couch was a month old and had no previous staining. After two weeks of applying customer services I called another company to rectify it. They told me the machine of the previous company was not powerful enough to suck out the water and hence left the staining.
