It went very well. Person assigned to the project was punctual (even called to advise of being a few minutes late), thoroughly professional, aware of the problems and honest to admit the he needed to consult with colleagues about some technical matters outside his particular area of expertise. Finally, he was pleasant and comfortable to work with.
