I am very disappointed in Nomorerack customer service department. I enjoyed shopping with them. I do not want to place another order and experience a customer service person that treats customers with such disrespect. I don't believe it's Nomoreracks fault. It's their customer service department. If you use them just be aware and watch your account that they honor what they say. I'm not sure if I will order from them in the future so I'll say yes to using their service again . Just hope the order is fine and have no dealing with customer service.

This a great site to order everything from A to Z Prices are great, quality of product great. Shipping free or $2.00 per item. They send you an email when your item has shipped along with tracking information.

I have purchased items from them in the past and they were okay. Since that time, I have started seeing negative reviews. This was the first electronic item that I had purchased through them. The first tablet did not work. The company replaced it. When I received the second one, it only worked for a few days. When I contacted Nomorerack.com for a refund, they stated that I had missed the refund deadline. I am now left with a useless tablet and do not have the money to just throw away on something I have not been able to use. I feel that good customer service should be willing to issue a refund.

I had ordered numerous sets of sheets and comforter sets.  The sheets I ordered were the wrong color.  I ordered two sets of comforters King and Queen size, they were poorly made and bad quality.  I never received my second set of sheets I ordered.  I ordered a bench that was not only missing the mattress or pad that came with it but I am also missing pieces for the bench as well.  I have contacted the company several time to receive a refund or directions how to mail these items back and I have either been hung up on or put on hold for several minutes.  So no one has been able to resolve this issue with me.  The company has taken my money and not offered to help with the refund at all.
