They're very professional. They estimated that the job would be maybe 2 or 3 days, and they had finished it in 2 days. The work crew were here on time, they cleaned up after themselves for the most part, they did a nice job with the floors. They came in on their estimate. They finished on time and they did a nice job, it came out nice. The only bad criticism we had is that they put a finish on the floor my wife had requested and do one particular kind of finish and they sort of decided when they're getting close to ending the job, they put on a different finish that they thought would look better which may or may not have been true but they didn't just call us before they apply it. They kind of went ahead and use it on their own discretion, not checking on us before they finish the job. It did came out very nice. They're very nice to work with and even if on the initial meeting when they first came out and gave us an estimate, they were on time in which not everybody else was and we were happy with their services. We had free estimates, two of them are comparable, the third one was way, way over, so they were good.
