Everything went well and everyone was helpful and professional. Tony and Sandra in the office were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone. They did lovely work

Job went very well. Floor had been painted black by previous owner, so I wasn't sure how it would come out. New York Flooring rep assured me the refinishing would be fine, and it was.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE EMPLOYEES INSTALLING THE FLOOR WERE VERY INFORMATIVE. THEY PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHILE INSTALLING THE FLOOR AND MADE SURE THE PIECES MATCHED UP. THE MESS THAT WAS MADE WAS CLEANED UP RIGHT AWAY.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY ARE A LARGE COMPANY WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. THEY HAVE GOOD EMPLOYEES WHO ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY DO GOOD WORK, BUT THEY WILL TRY TO CUT CORNERS TO SAVE TIME AND ENERGY.
