I thnik they rushed through it. They were done in 45 minutes and I think they coul have gone over the stairs a second time to get the stains out.

He arrived 15 minutes early and started immediately. Moved sofa and loveseat in family room, chairs and table in dining room. Everything was placed back after cleaning that part of the carpeting. Carpeting was pretty stained and dirty in front of my sofa. It appears to be pretty clean. I will know in about a week if the dirty spots seem to reappear. All in all it looks very good.

The carpet is so old and in such bad condition that there is not a lot they can do but they have done the best they could do. He did leave some dirt in the carpet so it wasn't quite as good as someone I had used previously.

I contacted Mr. Green for estimate for cleaning of a upholstered bench and a flat weave rug. The cost came out a little lower than the estimate and I was very satisfied with the work.

He came a little early, but called ahead to see if it would be ok. He cleaned the areas so thoroughly that I can't even smell a hint of cat urine anymore, and it smelled horrible before. The price for each piece is so affordable, and he does a fabulous job. I would recommend his services to anyone!

They were very responsive and listened to me when I said that email is my best form of communication--they communicated with me by email, unless absolutely necessary to call by phone. Also, they were very flexible and came by when we were out of town. It was nice that they were so flexible with us. Also, they gave us a coupon for the next time we need a cleaning (20% off).
