MODERNLINK

Not good at all.

Per your recommendation I contacted MODERNLINK. The person didn't return my call for days, then called once, I tried to call her back and she didn't call again. Just don't get it. We have a legitimate project and will pay cash. Why not return phone calls? We really did want to work with them!

We would give Carmen Lenzi an A+++. She is truly a fantastic professional in every respect. She is extremely knowledgeable in architecture and design, very helpful and valuable in her design ideas, and always sensitive and adaptive to client needs & preferences. She is extraordinarily detailed in her design documents, extremely organized, prepared, and absolutely a master at project management. She is wonderfully professional in all her interactions (meetings, phone, email correspondence) with everyone (including our coop building, our neighbors, our construction team and us). She has great relationships with G.C.s: they respect her experience, skill and talent and they like her friendly, yet firm and persuasive demeanor (which ensures the work goes the way it should). She is a pleasure to work with: we feel a real partnership in the project, she deeply cares about making the project go smoothly and look great down to the details. We could not recommend Carmen more highly.
