MIDWAY LOCKSMITH AND SECURITY SYSTEMS

I was ripped off by these guys.  I paid them $700.00 and they put in cheap locks and they said they were pick proof but they are not.  The guy was very rude and didn't understand what they were dealing with.  The guy charged me for a key for a padlock even though the key comes with a pad lock.  The prices they were quoting for security cameras was way too high.  I would not trust them for anything.  I am handicapped and feel that he took advantage of me because of this.

First of all, I had an emergency the night before so I scheduled this company to come at 10. At 9:30, he called me early which was an issue bc I had another person in my home repairing my Refrigerator. There was a misunderstanding on what I was needing so I ask him to a security person to come back. The same guy came back and was very rude when he came back and did quoted me very high prices not only for security systems, locks, and cameras. He quoted me 3500 for 2 camera in comparison off 1600 for more service. He was very quick and pressuring me to chose an item. He goes to his truck to get lock even though I didn't ask him to and he automatically starts putting in identical locks that I already had. 

I asked this gentleman about getting a security guy and then he said that he was the security guy even though earlier he said he wasn't. He then forced me to go to my lock closet to pay him in cash because he would not take charge card. He put me in tears with how mean he was to me.

Rich was very quick & thorough, & did the job for the best quoted price I received. He made useful suggestions & was very pleasant.
