Flooring
TERRIBLE, ALSO NOT LICENSED. THEY WORKED ON AND OFF FOR OVER A YEAR TRYING TO GET IT RIGHT. THEY DID NOT ALLOW ENOUGH SPACE AROUND THE PARAMETER 4 EXPANSION. AFTER MANY, MANY ATTEMPTS, I INSISTED THAT THEY REMOVE THE FLOOR AND PUT DOWN A NEW ONE, WITH 3/4S INCH PLYWOOD UNDERNEATH, ALLOW ADDITIONAL SPACE AROUND THE PARAMETER TO ALLOW FOR EXPANSION. THE SECOND NEW FLOOR WAS ALSO INSTALLED IMPROPERLY AS IT BUCKLED THE FIRST SUMMER. NUMEROUS TIMES, WORKERS CAME AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO OR CAME WITHOUT TOOLS. I FILED COMPLAINTS WITH CITY AGENCIES AT THE TIME, WHO DID VERY LITTLE FROM WHAT I CAN TELL.
