Midboro Management Inc

Our building superintendent is lazy, NOT ATTENTIVE about keeping the building spotless. The assigned manager told me: don't ask___ the super," he is useless"just ask me.
Last year, I talked to the super- on one occasion, and he yelled at me about "harrassing him" when I had previously only said: Hello , for 6 months.
Place needs painting in places, especially outside, and in inside places. 

I have worked closely with Midboro Management. They are the best in terms of finding contracts and availability. I think they?ve even ventured into sales, but I am not sure. My overall experience of working with them has been mostly very good. I say this because they have very good contractual relationship with good companies. They have an openness to take suggestions regarding other companies; that is what I like most about Midboro Management. I tend to do a lot of research on the internet. If I find that I like another protector, they are willing to look into it and ask for the resources. This is their flexibility; I can really share my experiences with Midboro Management. They really work well with the contractors. They look for the most cost-effective way of doing things. I was the board president earlier and I was in contact with them three years ago. However, now as an ordinary citizen, I have had very little contact with them.
