Merek did a great job. His advice was clear, he was always quick to provide answers as we made our decisions. We ended up choosing high-speed DSL from Verizon. Merek explained clearly how we should place the order and discussed all the setup options with us prior to our placing the order. Once the order was delivered, Merek came to our home and installed everything quickly and efficiently. The job took a little longer than it should have (and cost a little more) only because we needed two computers set up and we asked him numerous questions that went beyond the immediate installation. He provided general advice on computer security and other issues at our request. The extra time and money we spent asking our questions were well worth it. Merek knows what he's doing and is very good at explaining everything simply. We couldn't be more pleased, and the DSL has worked perfectly since he installed it.
Description of Work: Provided consultation on choosing a high-speed internet provider, provided advice on what to order, came to our home and installed the equipment, set up the software, established new e-mail accounts, and provided training.
