Carpet Installation
Ordered a Silk Rug from Mastour Fine Rugs in NY and was promised it
would be custom made within 3 months. After 6 months it arrived and was
incorrect - it was not what we ordered. We asked for our deposit ($7000)
to be returned. They refused but said they'd get the rug changed 'very
soon' and sent it back to Nepal. In September, after nine months, they
still have not got me the rug, but again promised it would be 'very
soon'. Now, after eleven months they have not delivered me a rug nor
will give me back a deposit.
Avoid these people.
