Architectural Service
I didn’t pay. The report that he came back with had lies. He came in under the guise of measuring the apartment and seeing that everything was okay. As it turned out, they made him write a report that claimed that we did things that we did not do. Nobody could have known what happened way back 25 years ago. He also put down assumptions about our apartment which have since been refuted by another architect which couldn’t possibly be true. He let the co-op put words in his mouth and he signed it. He was not professional.
