The stagger was very attentive , made recommendations and did all of the footwork to make ensure that our project met our quality standards -- but stayed within our extremely  tight budget. Overall the service was excellent and affordable. They were so good that after the project we decided  not to sell the apartment !

In the tight New York City real estate market, our prewar one bedroom with office and baby was no easy sell. Marlene assessed the space, took pictures and planned out the best layout. She rearranged furniture, put in new bedding, drapes, bathroom accessories, pictures, table top and even let us use pieces from her inventory. Marlene kept the prewar charm by accentuated the space and feel. Our apartment now shows very well. We have had much interest from buyers and expect to sell quickly.
