appliance repair
 + -1 moreThey came out and told me the machine needed two parts to be repaired and that those parts would be too hard and expensive to find and that getting a new machine would work better. I called the machine manufacturer and they gave me the parts for a relatively cheap price, I called them back to do the installation and they refused. They said they wouldn't repair that brand of machine. Their customer service was terrible.
Description of Work: They came and provided a diagnosis for a washer and dryer repair.
