So far there are no indications of pests on the floor or on the traps. The technicians were very polite and professional. There is no need for them to return to check again.

I read numerous reviews on Angie's List and Yelp about this company. I was convinced we'd be in good hands. And we were. I recommend using their services, and their blog and website to become informed about the prevalence of bed bugs in most cities. And, how to prevent infestations. If I had more time, I'd write a book about the superb experience my family and I had working with everyone at MandM. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, intelligence and effectiveness!

The team at Mand M environmental is amazing. I worked with them last summer when I had a bug problem and they couldn't have been kinder or more helpful or fast. They were able to come to my apartment within 4 hours of me calling, were polite, thorough and informative. Then, I found a bug tonight I feared was a bed bug. I took a picture, emailed it to them and within 4 minutes (at 9:45pm at night no less) I had a reassuring email back not to worry and identifying the bug as a beetle. They are awesome. Hands down the most amazing customer service I have ever encountered.

M and M Pest Control were fantastic. We are so glad that we went with them. They held our hand through the entire process and went above and beyond in helping us out.
They were a little more expensive than some of the other competitors but they did an excellent job and - most importantly - got rid of the bed bugs. It was worth the extra money.
We had the canine inspection done three times. The dogs are thorough and their handlers were professional, polite and pleasant.
When we weren't sure whether the intial treatment worked (it did!) M and M set up carbon dioxide traps and examined the catch contents. It was very reassuring.
