Not clear what this question is asking - if accessibility is the concern, I went by bus from my apartment on the upper west side to east 46th Street.

They are compassionate. I have visited them for 5 years.

I have very sensitive teeth so going to the dentist and I have always been made comfortable by the dentist (Dr. Howatt) and the assistants. They continually checked to make sure I didn't feel any discomfort. 
In general Dr. Howatt is great. Very professional and friendly. She's a great dentist and in addition has great travel and food recommendations as well. My whole family uses Madison Dental. We have never had a problem with any procedure performed. I love this place and highly recommend them. 

I have been coming to MDG since the mid 1980s. They are friendly, professional, expert, and I have recommended them to many people over the years. Dr. Howatt is the best dentist I have worked with. She takes the time to discuss any concerns I have and has given me great service over the years which she does to my great honor.

I have been to many dentists over the years. I wish that I had been going to Madison Dental from the beginning. Madison Dental outshines all the dentists that I have visited in the past. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.

My tooth cracked over a weekend. Dr Howatt saw first thing Monday morning and prepped the tooth for a temporary crown. On 5/5 the permanent crown was put on. Perfectly matches my other teeth. Couldn't be happier with the result and with Dr. Howatt.

The service that was provided by Madison Dental was excellent.  Dr Mender, the technicians and assistants and the staff at the front desk provided five star and triple A service. I say this from experience. I have been to many Dentists.   Madison Dental sets the standard that other Dentists should be following.
They were professional. They showed excellent skill and experience. And, they all showed empathy, concern, and consideration.
 Dr Mender always made me feel at ease and explained everything to my satisfaction. Now, I have healthy gums and teeth and my new dentures fit very well.
Also, my wife goes here.  She was especially happy with the ability of the dental technician that cleaned her teeth and the care that she received. 

Appointments start ontime and generally I am in and out of there quickly.  Have been a patient since 2012.   Staff is friendly and Dr. Howatt takes time to explain concerns or procedure she is recommending.   Offices are a bit cramped and in need of  a refresh, but other than that, a good experience all around.

I have been going to Dr. Press at Madison Dental Group for many years.  He is the best.  Have never had any problems, his staff, mainly Heidi, has always worked with me to set up an appt, especially during emergencies.  They are an extremely busy office, however, and routine exams must be made far in advance.

It was easy to make an appointment.  The staff was friendly and professional.  The billing invoice and procedure was explained at the time of service. I will continue to use this Dentist and have recommended him to others.

As a new patient I felt welcomed and was able to schedule an appointment quickly.  The dental hygienist was friendly, efficient, and painless.  The dentist who reviewed everything with me was personable, able to explain all the details clearly, outline the things to keep an eye on, and alternative treatments in future visits.  All-in-all, a superlative experience.  Heartily recommend Madison Dental Group.

Everything was explained ahead of time.  All work went well.

Excellent diagnosis, followed up with root canal work that went very smoothly and fixed the problem.  I had gone to two other dentists and an ENT previously and all failed to properly diagnose the problem, which was a crack in the back of a molar.  Also, the front desk staff are very courteous and efficient.

I am pleased with them overall. I think they have a good range of services and I have been pleased with my dentist. I have been happy with all of the services there.

I have been going there for twenty years. If you need something tended to in an emergency and your dentist is not available, they will take care of you.  They are so good and professional. Every doctor there is great and Extraordinary. They are a very first class operation. The office is classy and on a high floor in a beautiful building. The group is respectful and they really care about each other.

I started with them about 6 months ago. I have had a few appointments since then. I felt good about going there for those sorts of things because they weren't too aggressive on telling me that I had to go back there. They just suggested it. My wife was satisfied with the service she had on the fillings. She is planning on having a crown done. The staff is very efficient. The office is in a good location and is easy to get to. It is easy to get in and out of the building. I never had to wait very long. They got me in, did everything very quickly, and had me right back out again. The administrative staff is efficient. They helped me scheduling things and were generally pretty flexible. Everything is alright so far. The only thing is that the billing is sometimes a little complicated because it takes the loss of the insurance to process. They were willing to accept my credit card for any co-payments or other payments that I had to settle up outstanding amounts. I felt like their billing policies were flexible. I have an outstanding amount there and they haven't been hounding me about it. I feel like their collection activities are positive. I like that. I have been there a few times now and I never had any negative experiences at all. There were some things that were positive instead. They have good technology, good specialists, and pleasant staff. They have definitely been helpful in getting us in when we wanted to. They call us to see if we want to reschedule when an opening comes up. I intend to continue going back.

I would recommend Madison Dental Group. They are okay. They take my insurance, at least my dentist does. They don?t make me wait long. They explain things in a way that it is pretty clear. However, their billing department drives me off my mind. It has been a pain in my neck because they bill me before they bill the insurance. They are never sure of what they are doing. When I call them to check, they tell me not to pay and then I don?t know when I?m supposed to pay. It?s a waste of paper and it just drives me nuts. I haven?t had a problem with their availability. I like the dentist very much. So, I will continue to use them in the future.

I have received a variety of dental care from them over the years: root canal, crowns, normal preventive care, fillings. The experience has always been easy and I trust them to take care of my teeth well. Recommended.

No complaints. The billing department can be somewhat exasperating, but most of that is simply because the insurance companies are difficult to deal with - so sometimes the amount owed will really not be the amount owed - simply because the insurance company hasn't paid yet. I will say that they always take the time to speak with you, and answer your billing questions so that it all gets cleared up to everyone's satisfaction.

My husband and I went for our semi-annual visits. Office is clean and staff is professional. Would go back and recommend. Good service - since I was a new patient, the staff recommended that I see what x-rays were taken at my previous dentist to ensure that insurance would cover any subsequent x-rays - which I really appreciated. Only comment on punctuality was that the appointment was at 9am but when we got there, no one was there (receptionist had not arrived) and I thought that we had scheduled our appointments at the same time (which I believe was confirmed); however, when we arrived we were told they were one after each other. Overall good experience and will go back.

They were very nice. The staff was prompt and courteous.
