The guy they sent over was very friendly and pleasant, and he seemed to want to do a good job, but there were some things that struck me as odd. For one thing, he had to take the small bathroom sink off the wall in order to install the new faucet, but he didn't have any caulk with him, so when he put it back on the wall he wasn't able to caulk it. Seems like that would be part of the job. He also said something about needing to "solder the flange" when the toilet was installed, and that this hadn't been done by the original installer of the old toilet, but he also did not do it (did not seem to be prepared to do it). He indicated that when we replaced another toilet in our apartment, we should ask them to do this work. Again, it seems like, if this is what constitutes proper installation, he should have been prepared to do it. Why would we have someone come back to do it after the toilet has already been installed? Also, there are these very long pieces of tubing below the new faucet. According to the Home Depot website, it's a simple thing to just trim those down, but instead he used the whole piece and just kind of looped it around under the sink. It looks pretty silly, and seems like the kind of thing a professional would not have done. One other thing that struck me as odd: knowing that he was removing a toilet and installing a new one, i would have thought that they might have sent two guys, since it required lifting and moving heavy, wet, messy things. He ended up having to impose on my building's staff in a way that made me a little uncomfortable. That said, he was a pleasant, cheerful guy who was very willing to take a look at all the different things that needed fixing. And the toilet and sink are both working fine.

They are not only reliable and professional but their prices are very competitive. They do very good work and they are very trust worthy. If there is any problem they guarantee their work.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 23 YEARS AND WOULD USE NO OTHERS. THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN I CALL AND I AM SATISFIED AND HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THIS IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY AND I RECOMMEND THEM.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY. THEY WERE PROMPT AND RELIABLE. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW HOW TO FIX EVERYTHING. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS AVERAGE FOR THE AREA.

I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH MAC FELDER PLUMBING. THEY ACTUALLY STOOD BY THEIR WORK. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, RESPONSIVE, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY ARE A VERY NICE COMPANY, BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED WAS REALLY BAD. THEY DID SHOW UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. THEY DID NOT FIX THE LEAKY PIPE PROPERLY AND IT HAS CONTINUED TO CAUSE ME GRIEF.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY DID GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE ON TIME. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ALMOST THIRTY YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS. THEIR PRICES ARE BETTER THAN ANY OTHER PLUMBING COMPANY IN THE AREA.
