We were having severe noise issues with a HVAC unit. The super said it was a condenser issue and the building refered us to LTB. The team that came to fix the problem was professional....had the right tools.... wore booties. They took apart the HVAC unit and said the noise was related to vibration not a condenser issue. They put insulation tape to dampen the vibration. We also had them look at the other units and service them. They found an Actuator problem with one of the units. After they left the noise is back. We are having them come back and fix the problem again. The prices with this firm are high. It cost 595 (including tax) for 90 minutes of work. They also charge 1 hr of travel time as part of the job. Not sure how this compares against other vendors.
