A year later, the roof below the new deck leaked b/c the work was done improperly (holes were made through the roof into the ceiling). They refused to guarantee the work. Ulimately we had to have $10,000 of work with another contractor to repair it. Insurance covered ~$5000. We incurred ~$5000 in cost.
They did a great job. They were always organized and tidy while working. There was never a mess when they left at the end of the day. The work was completed in the time frame initially outlined.
We fully recommend them and would always consider them for future projects in our home.
