We are still in the process of our renovation but so far everything is going well!

Did work on the interior of the apartment. Good quality, but took longer than expected and very costly. 2nd job (replacing out door deck) was scheduled to be performed while we were traveling. Without notice, the job was not started as planned. The contractor never contacted urs. We only found out after we returned. Evertually started the job a month late. The job was completed very late and with great inconvinience. A year later, the roof below the new deck leaked b/c the work was done improperly (holes were made through the roof into the ceiling). They refused to guarantee the work. Ulimately we had to have $10,000 of work with another contractor to repair it. Insurance covered ~$5000. We incurred ~$5000 in cost.

Mr. Marshal is a gentleman and a professional. His workers exude the same professionalism as their management. They did a great job. They were always organized and tidy while working. There was never a mess when they left at the end of the day. The work was completed in the time frame initially outlined. We fully recommend them and would always consider them for future projects in our home.

We were very happy with the work he did for us. He re-did a door frame, re-matched some wood around a doorway by copying the woodwork and the trim. He also re-painted it. It looks nice now. He also removed some debris.
