It went very well ,we are extremely satisfied.

This is the second round of laser I bought. It is not a convenient location for me but I would rather travel to see her than go elsewhere. Lital has been very compassionate and understanding with me. I had recent surgery and was sick and she did me a few courtesies she didn't have to. She works fast, gets to know you and her energy levels are always high. I usually see her late, after work when I can't wait to just go home and can be a little down. She always makes me feel better. And the point is, she doesn't have to. The procedure is clean, neat, as fast as can be, too.

I was fully informed and advised as to what the best way to use my purchase would be. She took time to ask questions to be clear as to what my expectations were. There was minimal pain involved and the results were very satisfactory. Practitioner is very professional and made me feel comfortable as she worked in an area which required delicacy.

I am quite satisfied with the results. My main goal is to avoid having to shave underarms as I am finding this too difficult for physical reasons. Lital said the hair may continue to grow somewhat until I had a few treatments but I haven't had to shave at all since the first treatment. Lital is very gentle and there has only been minor discomfort from the laser itself. I expect to be finished after six treatments and I find it well worth the price, which was part of an Angie's list Big Deal. The total I have paid is about $560 for 6 sessions.

Overall I am happy with services provided. The staff is polite, professional and on time. The facility is clean, comfortable and convenient. 
On my first visit the technician suggested that with the 10 treatments I could treat 2 areas of my body. I was worried that I would have to purchase additional treatments and wanted to focus on one area at a time. She persisted and I allowed her to treat 2 areas. After the 10 treatments neither of the two areas were to mine or the technicians liking and she suggested 2 to 3 more treatments. She was willing to discount the additional treatments as buy one get one free.

Lital is simply delightful - very warm and courteous, and makes you feel completely comfortable. She's also very responsive when it comes to rescheduling, and does her best to accommodate changes. I sometimes arrive early and she is very willing to get me in early if she can. I would definitely recommend Lital.

I've had 4 visits with Lital and I can honestly say that she's amazing.  She's incredibly knowledgable and patient.  She deals with the fact that I'm a total scaredy cat with no threhshold for pain with such grace.  And after 4 visits, my underarm hair is GONE. Yes, GONE.

I was late for my first appointment. The technician, Littal, graciously accommodated me. Littal is professional, knowledgeable, friendly. She explains what she is about to do and the reason why she is doing it. I have had 3 monthly sessions so far and I am very pleased with the results. The sessions last minutes and the discomfort is mild. A laser is quicly passed over the area to be treated; this is accompanied by cold air so the skin does not burn. The sensation has been described as a "rubber band snapping against the skin"; this is exactly what it feels like to me.
The place is clean and bright.
I highly recommend it.

I think the technology makes a difference. It works well from the first appointment. This kind of treatment takes time over months depending on how hair grows back. I am finding that it hasn't grown back in some areas at all (just after one treatment) and other areas much slower. It may be necessary to shave the day before. If the hair is longer Litel explained that the laser may not get to its root as quickly or deeply. This is also important because it will catch the hair shank and if it does have further to travel it will painful. The machine works quickly so Litel will have moved on which is why you may feel this. The office is clean and pleasant.
Her place of business is centrally located and easy to get to. This includes those that would travel  through Penn Station, NYC as it is a very short walk from there.

She was very professional and very skilled at what she was doing. I had to cancel one appointment and re-schedule and she was just very professional about it. I am very happy with the results.

The owner, Lital, is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick. She is thoughtful and very customer service orientated.

it went well... very little pain (and i am a baby about this sort of pain) and very quick, which is exactly what i want.

Lital has been delight to work with. She is very informative you can tell she is very knowledgeable after speaking with her regarding your needs. She knows her stuff! She is accommodating in that I have an unpredictable schedule. I have had three laser visits so far and can already see a huge difference. I am not a "hairy" person and she said it will not take my whole package to complete what I bought, so she will do something extra. That is a service that is missing in NYC-going the extra mile....and she does it. You should become a customer before people find out about her! Her prices and service are uneatable. A+.

Results are great for me. I found it really effective and it was totally satisfactory as I expected.

Extremely Well!!

I found out about Light Touch Laser Spa through a friend and started going immediately.  I have had the most wonderful results. I used to have to shave every two days and I had thick hair on my face and chin that were always a concern and an eyesore. After just one session I saw an immediate change in the hair growth.  Now, a few sessions later, it looks like it never even existed. The laser itself has a cool air jet attached to it to make it an even more soothing experience.  Lital is the technician on staff and she is the sweetest, most professional person I have met in my experiences with laser hair removal. In an attempt to rid myself of my cosmetic problem I have been to several hair removal spas and locations.  Other locations were impersonal and ridiculously expensive.  Most places wanted to charge triple what Lital charged.  I hit the jackpot when I found Light Touch Laser Spa on 19th street in NYC.  The prices are reasonable, the procedure is quick and painless. It has been a fantastic experience and I am estatic with the finished product!

Everyone,I have been to many Laser hair removal places but this one tops them all.  This was the most pain free thorough laser hair removal experience i have had.  In 1 sitting Lital was able to do my back, chest, stomach, neck and partial arms this session was performed Feb 7 2012.  This was my second session with her the first one 6 weeks ago and just as good.  I will be coming back another few more times every 6 weeks so i dont have to deal with this hair again.  Thumbs to Lital for a job well done.

 And i would recommend Light Touch Laser Spa to everyone.
