I was really proud of knowing this shop, but not after I gave them a framing assignment. They were not punctual, delayed the delivery by 3 weeks and moreover made me come there 3 times to check if the art piece was back in the store for which I had to wait for about an hour! It was ridiculous! The object to be framed was an original art piece and the way they seemed to handle it only gave me creeps if they were using the art piece for re-printing or if they have genuinely lost it! The person there at framing didn't even bother to make an unsatisfied customer happy, but rather got annoyed when I was annoyed with him!

Ordered in July, everything finally arrived (dining room fixture shipped from Italy) by the end of August. They were cooperative in setting up an afternoon installation so that my husband could take off just half a day to be here. Their electrician was friendly and competent. When I got home, he had finished & left, but the store had sent the wrong light bulbs for the kitchen fixture. A delivery person got her with the bulbs, and my husband then put the cover on the fixture; it was crooked, first of all, AND the bulbs were not what I wanted (soft instead of bright white). We called back the following week and they promptly set up a date for the electrician to return (N/C) to straighten it out and bring the correct bulbs.

This place has the best lighting. They also have very good pricing for this type of furniture piece. The people are very nice and they really go out of there way to accommodate you. They have a lot of furniture there. They are very modern and very clean. I have bought several pieces of furniture from them.
