"[Member Name Removed], I'm sorry that things didn't go as smoothly as usual. You had indicated that we didn't need additional insurance, when we actually did, so we weren't allowed to enter the building. We went out of our way to return the next day expecting to work a full day, but your super unexpectedly made us leave at 3:30. That gave us no time to clean up, as we would normally do. We returned as soon as possible. Unfortunately, 2 of the sensors were defective, so we replaced them at no charge for time or material. It would have helped if you had been there. In any case, we completed the work, everything you had asked for was provided. It took us extra time for which you were not charged. I'm sorry that it wasn't enough to please you."
