Lady Clean

The owner came with two other girls to do the work. The work accomplished was acceptable. The owner of this company was the rudest person I have ever seen, she had the young girl in tears because she spoke to my apartment manager in their native tongue. She was rude to my manager as well, telling him in very unacceptable language to get out of the apartment while they were working. I was forced to purchase from her buckets and other cleaning supplies, even the plastic gloves they used, which I already had of my own. I have written letters regarding this to several places and am pleased for the opportunity Angie's list is providing me to warn others about this horrible person.

The woman whom I spoke with by phone (the owner, I believe) was wonderful. I'm sorry to say that her staff did not live up to her image. I paid for four hours of cleaning to find dusty shelves, dirty drawers, and a still-dirty fridge afterwards. Needless to say, I was very frustrated, as I had explained that the apartment would be empty, with the floors already cleaned, so there was little else to do in four hours' time. The owner did apologize and have the woman return the next day (which made more work for me to go back as well) and finish the job properly. My real estate broker had scheduled a showing for the next afternoon, so with a second trip Lady Clean was barely able to finish the cleaning beforehand. Although the owner did resolve the situation, it wasted my time and created far more work on my part than needed.

On time, very polite, did what I asked.

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY TRUSTWORTHY. THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL WITH MY THINGS. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY FRIENDS.

SHE DOES A REALLY GOOD JOB, AND SHE IS REALLY CARING TOO. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HER SERVICES. SHE SHOWS UP EVERYDAY WHEN SHE IS SUPPOSED TO AND SHE DOES VERY WELL.
