 + -1 moreThey made the wrong size as specified by the designer and then backed her up instead of siding with the customer. The overall craftsmanship of the wood product is excellent, but excellent workmanship without professionalism isn't worth anything.
Description of Work: They provided cherry tops for my kitchen.
