I am profoundly disappointed with my experience. Per my meeting with Yoel, I presented my list of renovation ideas to review. Yoel focused on complaining about my prior renovations -- nothing constructive -- just negative. How needless.
Description of Work: I invited King Rose to my home to review a list of renovation ideas I had for home improvement.

I found out during my conversation with him that he had hired two previous contractors and they both walked off in the middle of the project as they did not want to continue working with him as he treated them unfairly. I came to the same conclusion and informed him that I would not be providing an estimate for his project and he became very upset and posted his critical review even though we never worked on his apartment. It is of note that the only other review Member posted was also an “F”. He seems to relish providing false reports...Once again, please see our perfect 5-star track record here at Service Magic

I had a negative experience the details of which I have deleted at the request of their attorney in a letter in which they threatened to sue me if I didn't take down my negative review. Which I have now done.
Description of Work: Sheetrock, plaster, paint, install glass shelves, install glass panels, mill work bookshelves.

The member, a home decorator caused my company to lose money on a project due to his faulty designs and the court ruled that he owed financial compensation to my firm as a result of his negligence. The member, under a court order, compensated my firm and in retribution posted an “F” review.
