Kezo Maintenance Management
About us
Hi, My name is Jim Caeran and two years ago I relocated from Boston to New York City. I have worked as a subcontractor for construction and maintenance companies as well as owning my own business for the past 20 years in the New England area. I started my own company Kezo Maintenance Management in 2017 in NYC and have been busy ever since. I have done many different aspects of construction over the years including tile work, vanities, kitchen cabinets, faucets, toilets, tubs and shower enclosures. I install dry wall, flooring, decks & window installation. I have done finishing work such as: molding, trim and exterior/interior doors. I have worked on many re-modeling jobs from start to finish. I have assembled many Ikea, Wayfair, Container Store, RH, Crate & Barrel (etc.) products and built custom shelving. I have experience in hanging art work, mirrors, cabinetry, doors, ac units and televisions on brick, cement and sheetrock. I own all tools necessary to do the work that I do. I am neat, tidy and friendly and work efficiently at a fast pace. I am reliable, punctual and honest when it comes to all aspects of the job. I prefer to let people know up front the cost is $100 an hour with a 2 hour minimum, so even if the job is only 1 hour or less the house call will be $200. Please ask me any questions pertaining to the work you would like accomplished. Check out my reviews and pictures and give me a call whenever you need a handyman. Thank you, Jim 917.755.2098 www.kezomaintenancemanagement.com

"Thank you very much! You are very kind!"
"I have PMS! Not! I'm kind, little sarcastic & funny, caring, patient person you'll ever meet. I’m a children’s ballet teacher, work with special needs & underprivileged children. I believe 2 sides to every story, bad press is better than no press. The customer reached out, I sent info stating a 2 hr minimum house call $200. Needed to fix shelving but felt our price high. Totally fair. Previously paid to hang shelves that ended falling off. A few days later called, had furniture coming & wanted to hire. Jim was booked. She explained shelves were a danger. Didn’t know if children/pets resided, Jim agreed to come on Sunday as a favor. I did reiterate we'd be away for the weekend & had to return a rental car & couldn't give a time because of traffic. Decided to leave early for timing. Agreed on an upfront charge $25 for a Sunday with an Uber plus hour charge of $100 & she needed brackets. I texted Sun morning the time, she mentioned a bench to assemble. The shelves rehung & bench assembled, she was happy. The brackets were wrong, used own anchors, no charge. She was appreciative, thanked him for his work. A week later she booked to assemble furniture. I reminded her of $200 minimum. Again worked her in, pushed a job back. She thanked me, sent out confirmation. Night before sent reminder. She reached back & all furniture didn't arrive & could pay $100. I kindly explained to please rebook or pay $200 min. Texts started, what a terrible person I am, how it's Covid, what's happening in the world, I should be ashamed of myself. Honestly didn't need to be threatened or shamed. Finally the not so nice accusatory text, enough, compelled to cancel! I guess I still learn from different experiences. I stayed kind but she was not happy, she threatened me with a bad review. I realize I can’t please everyone, I like to be treated with kindness, so I’ll continue treating our customers with honesty while being compassionate to their needs and expectations. This is why our logo reads “WHERE ALL YOUR NEEDS COME FIRST”. Hugs, Beth"
