The experience I had was overall terrible. The man who came was the project manager and he promised a bunch of things including the fact that the job would be done in four to six weeks. He ended up taking more than three months. He vanished for several months and several things that he promised never happened. In addition they did the plumbing wrong and it had to be ripped off twice. They moved the toilet without asking me and that blocked the sink and they had to rip the finished floors and put it back again where it was supposed to be. They had problem with how they put the shower about and they had to remove that. They damaged my neighbor’s apartment and that required a $1000 of fixing. All through the entire time, the person who runs the company was lying to me. He would say something had been done. I would go and check and it wouldn’t have been done. It was a completely awful experience. The bathroom when it was finished was fine but I would have rather had a ugly bathroom and not had to deal with these people. I would not use them in the future.
