They are our contractor of choice. He's got a lot of connections in Manhattan as far as buying is concerned so he definitely sends us to the people that he knows that would be reasonable in pricing and has good quality. We're halfway through, we're in the middle of everything being tiled. He is definitely willing to work within your budget so that's definitely a plus. We talked to a couple of other contractors and he's definitely willing to be the best way to come out with the result that you would like at a reasonable price. The quality is excellent, everything from tile work to walls to woodwork to plumbing. He's definitely an interior design construction type of firm so he's not a handyman. Basically he's the foreman and he's got people that work for him. The whole team has been very nice, very respectful, and very clean. It was really a collaboration so we had an idea of what we wanted and he helped us come along to finalize it and what needed to be done.
