Marty is the consummate professional. A class act and hard worker, was incredibly pleased with his work.

Jennings has done all of these projects plus a few more I can't remember.  They are always very reasonably priced, usually around $100.00 or less.  The work they've done has always been very good.  They've even recommended other companies to me to help with work outside of their expertise.

Done promptly, no mess, no fuss.
I've dealt with Marty Jennings for approx. 40 years. He has always given top notch service, totally professional, and very pleasant. I would not deal with anyone else.

When I called they were very nice and scheduled an appointment for the same day.
(after telling me it would be less expensive if I brought the TV to them--not
happening!)
The repair man was very nice and very knowledgable and came on time.
He repaired the TV and explained to me that because of the issue if
it fails again I would need to buy a new TV.
I was very happy with the entire experience.

I am an old person and could not have handled it myself. The installer came promptly when expected, was very professional, helpful and pleasant, and did a very nice job. He also took the time to explain everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Lester arrived exactly on time and worked continuously to solve all the different small issues as well as install the TV on the wall. He was able to solve all the problems and then tidy up all the cables and left the apartment clean. It was slightly more expensive than I expected as some items took longer to solve than might have been expected. This was probably due to the equipment rather than the provider. He was able to solve all of the issues with the connectivity of a home theatre system.
All the equipment now works perfectly. I was pleased with the quality of the service.

I called Jennings to see why my TV wasn't working. They stopped by and said that there was somethihng wrong with it (really) and took a piece of the unit with them. They deny it, but how else would they be able to to tell me what was wrong with my set?
They have NEVER returned a call. This is one of the most unprofessional service companies that I've ever dealt with.

First the only bad. They don't regularly do home service in my area. I had to wait a week for the home appointment.

Now the good. For home service they were more than competitive in price. They were thorough during the phone interview, and had a good idea of the problem before arriving. They did not over promise and explained that if it had been another problem, it might not be worth the repair. They arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment time. (in Manhattan I consider that exemplary). The repairman was an expert. He didn't just replace a board, he rebuilt the power supply. I'm a bit of a n***. The and quot;Masterand quot; electrician gave me a step by step explanation of what he was doing, what the parts were and why he they needed replacing, not missing a beat while working. In the end the TV was good as new, and he helped me out with some ancillary issues I had with the sets functions. (preference settings I had been struggling with since I bought it). A nicety he didn't have to do.

There is personal service these days.
I don't know if there are other shops as good, but I doubt there are any better.

JENNINGS TV INC were well versed, efficient, professional, and didn't try steal for me or up charge me. I was so pleased with his services that I tipped him an additional fifty dollars. I found their price to be very fair and they performed excellent work. I was very pleased and now that I know this company does television repair I will continue using their services. They are scheduled to come back to fix my son's television.

He's reasonable and does very good work. He's been in business for about 44 years.
