The sofa arrived on time but the seat is nearly 22 inches high. Standard seat height is 17 to 18 inches. I complained and Jennifer sent a representative from Aleef Furniture to judge the claim. Aleef Furniture rejected my claim saying the seat height is within the parameters allowed. Neither Aleef nor Jennifer are able to tell me what the standard variations are for seat heights. I renewed my complaint and the same thing happened again.
