+ -1 moreI THINK THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I'M NOT TOTALLY THRILLED WITH THE REPAIR, BUT THEY TOLD ME IT'S THE BEST THEY COULD DO. THEY GAVE ME A WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY, AND I THINK THEY CAME CLOSER TO THE END OF THE DAY SO I WAS WAITING FOR THE DAY FOR THEM.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO TAKE APART THE ARM OF A CHAIR AND REPAIR THE FABRIC.
