THE PEOPLE WERE OK. THEY WERE DOING THEIR JOB, BUT THEY ARE NOT TRYING TOO HARD TO PLEASE THEIR CUSTOMERS. IT IS LIKE THEY RESPOND TO YOUR REQUEST, BUT THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY COULD DO BETTER.
