Window Treatment Service
They charged $100 to measure the window for a shade to be fitted for it. I choose a fabric that was one of their blackout options. An installer came to put the shade up, but it was clear immediately that it wasn't a blackout shade. I called Janovic to fix it, but the guy they sent out said that a roller shade will never work as a blackout shade. He said I should have bought drapes instead. I had been very clear that the product I was looking for was to blackout a room. I had asked about honeycomb shades but the salesman steered me toward the roller shade and said that would be my best option. I mistakenly trusted him and am now out $450 and still need to find an option that will work for my very sunny bedroom.

Upholstering
Very disappointed. Quality of workmanship was poor. Upholsterer replaced cushions with cheap foam that lost it's shape in a couple of months.
