Major Renovation of Multiple Rooms

I started my career decades ago in luxury residential construction. I've owned many properties and hired dozens of contractors over the years for residential and commercial projects. Juan is among the best I've ever worked with. He does everything he says he's going to do. He sweats every detail. He brings questions to you proactively. His finish work is exceptional. Walls are straight and true. Paint and cut-in are nearly perfect. His pricing was more than fair. He didn't nickel and dime us at all. He cleaned up the job site every day. No drama. He told us when we needed to hire specialists and recommended excellent contractors (HVAC, for example). He made some very valuable design recommendations for the showroom he built before we even hired him. I can't recommend him highly enough. He created a high-end showroom for us out of an old, broken warehouse office. Every surface is new and/or improved. Fantastic experience.
