He will take your money and you have no recourse. They hide behind the good name of Microsoft and then plant viruses and bugs on your computer once you give them access to your computer and then ask for more money to remove them. They are a menace to mankind.

They did my desktop okay but didn’t do everything I asked for. They got into my lap top which was infected. They told me they couldn’t fix it but they could if I paid $299 more and it would be fixed for 2 years. I told them this was ridiculous and didn’t pay it. 2 years after my 1 year contract of service I got an email saying I was being charged $99. I called them and asked them why I was being charged $99, they couldn’t get an answer. I demanded an email saying they would refund the charges and have a letter sent in the mail. They don’t send mail but I got a notice saying they still charged my account. I finally called them back and demanded a refund again and they finally refunded me. I was very dissatisfied this by this entire company. During this whole 2 year period I got overt 10 calls telling me I needed to log into my computer so they could fix it. I had to request for them to put me on their do not call List but they still kept calling me. After I demanded my money back the calls have stopped for a few months but I wouldn’t be surprised if the calls start up again. When they were working with me on the phone the workers for foreign, English was second language to them and they were very difficult to understand.

every time you called in they would try to sell something 18 mo after I dropped them they hacked in my debit card for$ 249.99

Now that my computer is destroyed I have to purchase a new one. I called back to see if they could fix it and they kept going on about how it's my fault and that I have to pay them for destroying my computer. After that the provider hung up the call.

I have spent $500 on their services and recommendations, computer still not working properly and on top of that they wanted to sell me a new computer from them when mine is only 1.5 years old.  I will not use them again and would only recommend them if you want to waste your money.  As you can see I am not at all pleased and wanted others to know it.

I will not use these people anymore.
It was difficult for me to understand them.
I wasted about $500.00 with them
I do NOT like to be pressured.
