Dr Fried was outstanding. While some vets talk nice to animals I could tell that the assistant and Dr Fried truely like and are kind to animals. I paid my bill and the next day got a call about "the invoice" apparently someone at the front desk didn't charge me for half of the services or give me the rabies tag. I was asked to pay another $170. So I gave them the credit card information by phone and I got 3 more calls "your credit card is denied" the last call was to my cell phone from a blocked number "you wont get the cat's blood results until you pay the remaining balance." This was exactly opposite from the experience that I had with the health care professionals in the office. I was distraught and screaming angry to be treated like I was trying to skip out on a bill or have the results of the blood work tied to a hired billing collector's perception that I was trying to get away without paying when I hadn't balked at all. I called my bank and was told there is nothing wrong with your card "they are entering a wrong expiration date" There is nothing worse than a disconnect between the professionals providing the service and the support staff that they hire and entitle. The disconnect makes it very difficult to decide to go back. Dr Tsung was sorry that I was upset.
