I like my HP computer. It is good quality-wise and for the most part in every other way. I paid three hundred dollars extra, however, to have HP help me with the computer and I am not satisfied with that. Their sales department is okay because they want to sell you a computer, but their customer service department for helping you resolve problems deserves an F Minus. Now, I like my computer itself so that is a benefit. The help lines have a lot of things to improve on though.
