The cleaner and supervisor showed up on time and asked which rooms they should work in. The coupon offered a choice between stain protection and deodorizing.  I wanted the stain protection, but they didn't ask and didn't have product with them to provide that service. In fact their equipment was minimal and the product was a generic cleaner available at the 99cent store. They left without asking me to check their work. 
I was not pleased and complained, so they sent the young cleaner back, but not the supervisor.
The young man who did the work was fine,but he did not have the equipment or products he needed to do the job.  When I complained that the stairs had not been done, he came back to finish the job, but his equipment was not much better.
I would never use this service again.

Very happy with the service.  Cleaned up tons of dust and got our apartment clean and move-in ready.  Would definitely use this service again.

If you ever have a bedbug scare, you know how stressful it can be. For the best experience of getting rid of your agony, fear and psychological abuse from these critters,use this company!! They’re the most professional, honest, prompt, and thorough service I have come across. Bed bugs was always a kids tale to me so understandably I freaked out when I woke up with unexplainable itchy big red bumps all over my legs and arms. I called multiple companies and they were all courteous, but not understanding or available right away. Within an hour of my call to How Clean It Is, I had a supervisor come down to check out my apartment. He searched every nook and cranny to calm me down and give me some the peace of mind. He quoted me on the spot, worked out price and logistics so that I can have it done immediately and got to work right away. The team was incredibly respectful, calming, and super professional! They steamed down every article of clothing, vacuumed all the furniture, sealed and packed everything in a clean and organized way and moved away the furniture from the wall to make it easier and more convenient for the exterminator to work. I was so impressed with the entire experience. The operator was soothing and sympathetic, but kept a professional standard the entire time. She helped schedule me in at a time convenient for me, so that I wouldn't have to deal with this monstrosity a minute longer. The supervisor treated me with such respect and the team was quick, thorough and so organized. I’m so happy I found this company they really show you How Clean It Is. I was so afraid of this process and humiliated to have to deal with it in the first place, but they took away every ounce of fear I had and didn't make me feel embarrassed or ashamed at all. Thank you How Clean It Is for a superb job!

Aaron the supervisor is extremely professional, punctual and responsive.  I was not as impressed with the rest of the crew, as it appeared they were not as experienced.  However, with the supervisor around, things went pretty well.

I am very pleased with the services performed by this provider. The workers-Chris and Freddie- were punctual, responsive and respectful. They worked very hard and took their time with detailed deep cleaning of the apt. As a result of their work, the apt looks really good, it's clean, smells fresh etc.

They were primarily hired to shampoo and sanitize the carpet runner in my rental unit. They were going to leave a big black stain there, if I hadn't informed them, that was the reason I hired them in the first place. They were recommending me to replace the carpet, and I said that was not an option. They put some bleach on it, and the stain was gone!
They did ding me for an additional $50.00 on top of their coupon price, (due to area of service) but it was disclosed in the corresponding discussions leading up to contract agreement. I can't fault them too much, but it did leave a unpleasant feeling with me.
The person cleaning was cleaning above and beyond what I was asking to be done, so that made up for some of the issues I had with them. I would use them again, as I believe in giving people and companies a second chance. They were very prompt on answering back as compared to the other 2 companies I tried working with.

My grandparents are unfortunately hoarders, so of course getting a residential cleaning agency to agree to such a job was a nightmare of mine. The house was absolutely disgusting! They also owned 4 cats and were not able to care for them anymore, and so the walls, and furniture suffered greatly because of it. There was feces all over, and the entire house reeked of urine! Because my grandparents were hoarders they kept EVERYTHING. There were mountain piles of clothes everywhere, the kitchen floor, counters, and all other area was completely covered in old food, bags of things, and overall rubbish. The bathroom was a disaster of it's own. An overflown toilet, mildew filled bathtub etc - not a pretty sight. In searching for a cleaning agency I was extremely nervous embarrassed and a ball of emotions. Much to my surprise it was the easiest conversation I've ever had! A supervisor came down on Sunday to survey the place, and give me a quote for the work that needed to be done. They started the VERY NEXT DAY!! A crew of 6, accompanied by a project manager took apart the house room by room and within 4 days, I saw a home!! The carpets were clean, the floor was visible again, the kitchen had cabinets I never noticed, and the bathroom was functional once again!! I literally burst into tears upon walking into the house. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to see such a turn around. I was sure that within a few hours the crew would retire raising their hands up in protest.
Instead the result I received was complete and utter success! Throughout the 4 days my grandparents home and I were treated with respect, understanding and professionalism. I'm SO THANKFUL, and SO HAPPY to have found How Clean It Is. THIS is the company to go with for ANY AND ALL residential home improvement jobs you may need! Their staff is thoughtful, respectful, courteous, and absolutely professional. For all the hard work they did, and the short amount of time they needed to complete the task, they deserve a gold medal. I thought this would be a nightmare to deal with and they swept in saved the day all the while keeping me in the loop about every move they made and alerting me to important decisions I needed to make, and of course it helps that their price totally kicks anyone out of the ball game!! THANK YOU HOW CLEAN IT IS!!!! YOU'RE LIFESAVERS!!!
