Mateou is a committed buyer's agent. I appreciate all the work that he put in to complete my purchase. He was responsive throughout the process, and would schedule home tours immediately upon request. Never once did I feel pressured to complete a sale, nor did Mateou waver in his support during my yearlong search for the perfect starter home. Working with Nick and the team at Homedax was great! I sold my apartment quickly, with multiple offers at a PPSF I was very happy with. So much so, we had to justify the price to the appraiser who thought it was higher than it should have been (thankfully Nick successfully did that as well). Next time I need to sell or buy a place, I look forward to working with the Homedax team.
